War is Violent and unforgiving, its spoils have no limits, it anger in unmeasurable, its participant's blood will shed endlessly. No one is spared, only the strong survive the field of blades and daggers. With these in mind i totally agree that the survivors of war has gone through psychological and most surely physical trauma. Picture this, two brothers go to war to defend their homeland, but none of them ever returned to their anxious Mother, this are the hardships of war that can leave a permanent ensemble on the people affected, to see your Father fall in the hands of a warrior you do not even know personally. All who partake in war and live are considered "tough", "survivors" and "veterans". but to this glory comes a traumatic fear. of seeing your comrades die in the hands of the enemy, you horse's legs being cut off, your city that you tried to defend your life with, destroyed and burnt to the ground in mere hours as you helplessly lie in the center of action, the pain is unbearable, but it makes a warrior stand up and fight to try to gain what is already lost by War.

The Epic Illiad itself is War to me, so i strongly agree in the passages i have read that War can SPOIL/DESTROY a man's Character. in book. Here is one, As King Agamemnon was preparing his armaments, i already felt anger and the feeling of unsureness in his words, but courage was felt in the end of his dialogues. When Agamemnon was ready for battle i felt his character that was in anger already, maybe blood lust had already conquered the King and he was swift kill by kill, slash by slash, one after the other, i can picture him drenched in blood and his his face showing that he wants more, as he was in a killing spree, he caught an enemy footman and killed him, after he killed him, he removed the dead soldier's metal armor and and swung it in the air, at this point i see an Agamemnon Shrieking and claiming the kill to himself. As the battle was beginning to heat up the Sands, two men, brothers, was on a cart dealing damage to the enemy, the one was driving the cart, and the other one was the one shedding blood, Agamemnon, displeased rushed to the cart and as the King's warriors overthrew the cart Agamemnon lashed out and Slashed the two cavalry and as usual removed the armor and in addition, he cut off the hands of the warriors. By this time i picture the King's Character to be enraged, his body full of energy, Adrenaline replaced blood, in other words the King was on-fire. By this point i concluded that war makes Savages out of Men, and Men full of glory, full of honor will have their heads cooled down after they endure the battle, but the memories of Death was not easily forgotten, or maybe not even. The experience makes men enraged, wanting to go out in battle one more time to hack and slash their way to luxury and victory, they can be Entitled as "War-Freaks", men who have erased all moral stature to kill and experience ecstasy. In conclusion i agree that War SPOILS and DESTROYS a man's character, and he even affects the people around him.
